Overruled

The second illustration for my 12 piece concentration, this one is an exaggeration of technology becoming such a necessity in modern lives. I made the technology an overlord sitting on a throne of arms cuz everyone is reaching for the newest most powerful tech. And digital rain cuz it was nice looking. Also I used brushes from someone on DA for the pages and the crown but I can't find the link.
